Holliday ISD is pleased to welcome Dane Richardson as our new Head Band Director. Dane earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Music from Angelo State University and a Master’s Degree in Music Education from Texas State University. Dane has served as the Head Band Director for Breckenridge High School for the past 12 years where he has built a successful and competitive band program. Prior to moving to Breckenridge Dane served as the Head Band Director at Menard ISD for 3 years.

Dane and his wife Lynn have two boys Aubrey 6 and Charlie 10 mos. Lynn currently teaches 8^th grade ELA at Breckenridge. According to Mr. Richardson “We are excited to be a part of the Holliday ISD Community and work with the HISD students, parents and staff to continue the strong tradition of excellence that Holliday ISD and the Holliday High School Band are known for.”
