Tax Year 2024
Holliday ISD will adopt a maintenance and operations tax rate of $0.7552. This year’s tax levy to fund maintenance and operations expenditures will not exceed last year’s maintenance and operations levy. As a result, no statement about “tax increase” as specified by Texas Tax Code § 26.05(b)(2) is required for this tax year.
Tax Year 2023
Holliday ISD will adopt a maintenance and operations tax rate of $0.7575. This year’s tax levy to fund maintenance and operations expenditures will not exceed last year’s maintenance and operations levy. As a result, no statement about “tax increase” as specified by Texas Tax Code § 26.05(b)(2) is required for this tax year.

Holliday ISD adopted a maintenance and operations tax rate of $0.9429. As a result, Texas Tax Code § 26.05(b)(2) requires us to post the following information (all caps is prescribed in statute):

Holliday ISD adopted a maintenance and operations tax rate of $1.0178. As a result, Texas Tax Code § 26.05(b)(2) requires us to post the following information (all caps is prescribed in statute):
HOLLIDAY ISD ADOPTED A TAX RATE THAT WILL RAISE MORE TAXES FOR MAINTENANCE AND OPERATIONS THAN LAST YEAR’S TAX RATE.
